Alliance Unichem

History

The Alliance Unichem Group was formed in 1997 following the merger of UniChem PLC with Alliance SantSanté S.A. The UniChem Group was formed in 1938. Over the years, Alliance UniChem expanded rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions. On July 31, 2006 Alliance UniChem PLc and Boots Group PLC merged to form Alliance Boots.
