History

Cosmo Oil Co. was established on April 1,1986. The tripartite merger of Daikyo Oil Co. Maruzen Oil Co. and former Cosmo Oil (Cosmo Refining) led to the foundation of Cosmo Oil Co. On October 1,1989 Asia Oil Co. merged into Cosmo Oil.
