History
The history of Credit Agricole can be traced back to 1894. The founding acts were initiated in 1894 and 1899. The Office National du Credit Agricole was set up in 1920. In 1926, it was renamed to Caisse Nationale de Credit Agricole (CNCA). In 1945, Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole (FNCA) was formed.
