History

Dell was founded in 1984 by Michael Dell as PC's Limited. The company name was changed to "Dell Computer Corporation" in 1988. In 1999, became the largest seller of personal computers in USA overtaking Compaq. The company name was changed to "Dell Inc."
In 2003 to recognize the company's expansion beyond computers. Dell is one of the "Most Admired Companies" of the world today.
