JFE Holdings, Inc. is a product of a merger between NKK (Nihon Kokan Kabushiki) and Kawasaki Steel Corporation in 2002. A steelmaker of repute, the company also has also diversified into engineering, construction, logistics, and chemicals.

  • JFE Steel: With Net Sales of 3,098.3 Billion Yen, this is the Flagship company of JFE Holdings. The main products include Sheets, Plates, Shapes, Pipes and Tubes, Stainless and Specialty Steels, Electrical Steels, Bars and Wire Rods, Iron Powders, etc.
  • JFE Engineering: JFE Holdings Group has interests in Energy Industries Engineering, Environmental Industries Engineering, Water and Waste Water Engineering, Steel Structure Engineering, Solution Engineering, Machinery Center, etc.
    • JFE Urban Development Corp.: Diversification has ensured the Group’s active participation in Development of Residential, Business and Commercial Facilities, Operation of Leisure Facilities and Other Business Consignment.
