JFE Holdings, Inc. is a product of a merger between NKK (Nihon Kokan Kabushiki) and Kawasaki Steel Corporation in 2002. A steelmaker of repute, the company also has also diversified into engineering, construction, logistics, and chemicals.

  With Net Sales of 3,098.3 Billion Yen, this is the Flagship company of JFE Holdings. The main products include Sheets, Plates, Shapes, Pipes and Tubes, Stainless and Specialty Steels, Electrical Steels, Bars and Wire Rods, Iron Powders, etc.
  
• JFE Engineering:
