A gambling company, Ladbrokes plc was first floated on the London Stock Exchange in 1967. The group also ran a major hotel business, including the famous Hilton hotel brand till 23 February 2006. It was known as Hilton Group plc till this point of time.

Activities:

The largest retail bookmaker in the world, the company owns over 2,200 retail betting shops in the UK, Ireland and Belgium. Ladbrokes owns several online gambling websites with more than 2 million registered users from 200 countries. Ladbrokes also organizes Poker events like Ladbrokes Poker Million and Ladbrokes Poker Cruise.
