It has paid advertising of 130,000 pages per year, and Hachette Filipacchi Médias, a Lagardère subsidiary, is the world’s leading magazine publisher.
Distribution Services:Hachette Distribution Services, a Lagardère subsidiary, operates a network of 4,000 stores in 17 countries worldwide.
Audio Visual: With popular radio stations, and television channels in France and Europe, Lagardere Active, a Lagardère subsidiary is a major European player.
Aviation: Lagardère is a market leader in aviation with products such as helicopters, Airbus, space, and defense.
Performance:
Lagardère Groupe achieved sales valued at $16,025.9 million in 2005. The net income of the company during this fiscal year was $831.4 million.
