Lloyds Bank, founded in 1765, and Trustee Savings Bank, founded in 1810, merged together to form Lloyds TSB Group plc in 1995. It is one of the largest insurance and banking groups in the United Kingdom. The company presently ranks 123rd in the Fortune Global 500 List of companies.
