History:
Lukoil is the second largest company in the world. Presently the company owns 1.3% of global oil reserves, which results in 2.1% of global oil production.

Activities:
Lukoil is a global giant in the field of energy resources. The main activities of Lukoil can be classified as production of petroleum products and petrochemicals, exploration and production of natural oil and gas, and distribution and sales of these processed outputs. Exploration and production is primarily based in Russia, specifically in western Siberia and Timan-Pechora.


Lukoil is carrying out exploration and production in Kazakhstan, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Columbia, Venezuela and Iraq. Oil refining is pursued in both Russia and abroad, in countries such as Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Romania.
Performance:
