History:

Manpower Group was opened in the year 1948 by two American attorneys, named Elmer Winter and Aaron Scheinfeld. They first established their office in Milwaukee, Chicago and then at Illinois. Manpower established its international presence in 1956 when they opened a branch office in Canada. London was the first place in Europe where manpower opened its office.

Activities:

Manpower works globally in around 73 countries of the world. Manpower individually helps companies and persons to change the course of action for personal betterment as per the desirability of the changing situation. For nearly 60 years, the group is performing unstinted services towards the welfare of the society and for the betterment of the corporate circles at large.

During the year 2006, Manpower Group earned total revenue of $ 17.6 billion, out of which 85% of the revenue was achieved by the branches of the company situated outside the USA.

During the year 2006, Manpower Group achieved sales of $ 19 billion, out of which 80% was achieved by Manpower offices located in other countries.

During the year 2006, Manpower group had a total sales of $ 19 million, out of which 80% of the sales was done by the offices located globally. Man Power was lucky to be the most favored companies of the Fortunes in the year 2006 for the fourth time in a row.

Man Power is the only recruiting agency in the USA which is extensively located and has the maximum number of employees working for their company.
