Atlanta Estate Planning Council (AEPC) is a widely known estate planning council in the United States. AEPC was incorporated in the year 1947 and is headquartered in Conyers, Georgia.

Atlanta Estate Planning Council is composed of a respected team of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Attorneys, Trust Officers and Financial and Insurance Consultants based in the Atlanta region. These professionals are regarded as undisputed specialists in the area of estate planning. Nowadays academics and probate judges are also being granted the memberships of Atlanta Estate Planning Council.

AEPC organizes a number of meetings throughout the year on significant topics linked to estate planning for the benefit of the members. Distinguished speakers from different parts of the United States attend these meetings. For the convenience of the members, AEPC has also launched an online member directory.

At the present time, the President of Atlanta Estate Planning Council is Mr. James L. Underwood, CPA. An estate planning professional can become a member of Atlanta Estate Planning Council only through invitation.

Principal Objective of Atlanta Estate Planning Council

The principal objective of Atlanta Estate Planning Council is to encourage superior estate planning services by growing and bettering the capacities of the members of the Council, nurturing coordination among the estate planning professionals, as well as making the public acquainted with various estate planning issues.
