Laissez-faire

The Laissez Faire doctrine on which the classical economic analysis was fully relied, worked with the assumptions of free trade and policy of non-interference of the Government. The private sector in the country’s economy will largely benefited in the system

Lease

Lease is simply a legal contract, where the asset owner renders permission to other for using that asset for a certain period of time with specific payments.

Liability

Liability can be defined as a claim upon the individual or business for the money borrowed. It is simply a form of debt or a loan also.

Liquidation

Liquidation of a company is simply a termination of a company, when the company is in an insolvent position. This liquidation process may be initiated by the shareholders, directors or the creditors.

Liquidity ratio

The commercial banks keep a certain portion of their income in the forms of liquid assets. In the congruous manner liquid ratio is the proportion of total assets in the form of cash and liquid assets.

Listed Company

Listed company is meant as a company, whose shares are being listed in the stock exchanges.
