Unemployed persons on fulfillment of certain eligibility criteria can receive Hawaii Unemployment Insurance Benefits. The eligible persons are required to file a proper unemployment insurance claim, in order to get the unemployment insurance benefits from Hawaii Department of Labor.

The Eligibility Requirements For Receiving Hawaii Unemployment Insurance Benefits

•  Unemployment Insurance Benefits are offered to those, who have the record of receiving wages in minimum two calendar quarters of the base period.

•  Those persons are entitled to Unemployment Insurance Benefits, who carry a record of receiving a level of total wages in the base period, which is 26 times of the weekly unemployment insurance benefit amount.
