MF Global is the biggest exchange listed options and futures broker in the world and based in New York. In 2006, the revenue generated by the company was 5.7 billion dollars.
Total 97.4 million shares had been released by MF global, and 16 investment banks were named as underwriters. Among those, some big names were also there like, Lehman Brothers, Citi and UBS to name a few.
- MF Global's IPO collected 2.9 billion dollars on its first day of trading. It was the second highest IPO of 2007, according to the New York Stock Exchange's report.
