S&P CNX 500
The S&P CNX 500 is the initial broad based stock market index of India. This index constitutes 93% of the entire sales volume of the National Stock Exchange and 96% of the entire market capitalization. The S&P CNX 500 index is divided into 72 separate industry indices.
