Canadian International Trade Tribunal

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is a semi judicial administrative body. The tribunal operates within the system of trade remedies in Canada. It performs its functions in an impartial and autonomous way. The Canadian International Trade tribunal, reports through the Finance minister to the Parliament.
Roles and functions of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal:
